    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Rivalize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

    2. Description of Service

    Rivalize provides competitive intelligence monitoring, including website tracking, change detection, app store monitoring, social media analysis, and automated reporting. Service features vary by subscription plan.

    3. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

    4. Subscription & Billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

    5. Data & Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of any data you provide. Rivalize retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and generated reports. You may use generated reports for internal business purposes. Redistribution of reports requires written permission.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to: reverse engineer the platform, scrape or redistribute data in bulk, use the service to harass or harm competitors, exceed rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Rivalize is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitive intelligence data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
